Jackdaws

I put a little food out in the middle of the field, hoping to lure Fern closer, but of course the corvids discovered it! They are very comical… jackdaws ambling up and the more brash magpies just diving in noisily. The jackdaws are beautiful. Their bright blue eyes make them very good to photograph as they contrast so well. They are really handsome birds.
