I can't believe it is already my second birdwatch here at Gwyllt Hollow! I am now firmly established in Carmarthenshire and I am delighted with the number of different species I am now recording regularly here, as well as those more unusual ones that pop up every now and then. I have recorded 39 species of bird in or over the garden since I moved here.
With cameras all over the garden, and a lovely spot from which I watch from my lounge, I chose an hour in which I felt was most representative of the species that I see here every day.
My Results!
I also produced some videos, highlighting some of the species you may spot on my live cameras... I hoped to do some more species, but they took much longer than I thought!
Of course, I submitted my results to the RSPB, knowing that these will contribute to the largest citizen science survey in the uk and will help us understand how birds are faring in these difficult times.
